1. Products & Services
NexVerze Technologies provides digital products including Thalaimurai (Ancestral Heritage & Family Tree Vault app) and software engineering services. Applications are licensed for personal family archiving, not sold.
2. User Accounts and 100% User Ownership
You retain 100% full legal and moral ownership of all family trees, photographs, voice notes, and heritage records uploaded to Thalaimurai. NexVerze claims no intellectual property or commercial rights over your family content.
3. License Grant
NexVerze grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal family archiving and genealogical preservation.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India. For legal or terms questions, contact hello@nexverze.com.
